Union Square Proves Its Pull: Construction Begins on Fourth Office Building
Foster Develop has announced commencement of construction of Building B at Union Square. This marks the fourth multi-storey office to be built here since 2020.

Commencement of the new build was marked on July 22 with a site blessing by Fosters Cultural Advisor Harley Raihe before Allen Waide from Tetra Pak, Chris Dare from AECOM and Rhys Harvey from Fosters turned the first sod.
Fosters aims to deliver Building B to the incoming tenants in Q3 2026.
